In case you company belongs to the Information Technologies sector, then the insurance will also have to protect you from:

· Negligent acts, errors or omissions.

· Non deliberated breach of the legal obligations.

· Non deliberated breach of the contractual obligations to act with diligence and expertise.

· Non deliberated breach of the guarantee of authority, or duty, non deliberated violation of confidence, secret or privacy, or non deliberated misuse of the information.
