América 8, 28028 Madrid, CIF B82973744 is an insurance brokerage firm properly authorized by the Dirección General de Seguros, exercise its activity under authorization J - 2213 and has its liability insurance of 2.000.000€ that includes all the territory of the European Economic Space conforms art. 27,1 Law 26/2006.

Claims

In accordance with ORDER ECO/734/2004, of 11 of March, on the departments and services of attention to the client and the defender of the client of the financial organizations, ALFARISK SL, has designated an independent service of attention to the client to take care of and to solve the complaints and claims of the clients.

These complaints or claims must be directed by mail or email a:

The complaints and claims, that will take care of come reflected in the Regulation of Operation of the Service of Attention to Client, and will be solved in the maximum term of two months from his presentation.

Regulation

The causes that I will understand the service of attention to the client:

  • Lack of Truthful or Sufficient Information. I will be understood that this occurs when trustworthy information has not been facilitated on the guarantees, capitals of applicable cover, premium and tax circumstances, without it implies the obligation to contribute to each case the set of general, particular and/or special conditions of each company, but those that affect directly to circumstances of the client.
  • Lack of Independent Information. I will be understood that occurs when budgets of several insurance companies have not been facilitated, when thus it has been asked for in writing by the client. I will not be understood unfulfilled when only one company wants to assume the risk and we present/display notifications of others indicating its refusal to subscribe it.
  • Lack of Diligence in Subscription/Renovation of a policy. I will be understood that this occurs when the client has not been informed in writing, at least once every ten days on the circumstances of the emission of his policy or has given in its defect a guarantee document.
  • Lack of Diligence in Transaction of Wrecks. I will be understood that occurs this circumstance when the client has not been informed of the situation at least once each ten days, without it implies necessarily that the company accedes to the pretensions of the client.
  • The cases in the client understands that the advising of any nature on risks or policies (which necessarily implies to have at least one policy) has not been diligente. It will be understood that one occurs when the client has not be informed of the circumstances at least once every ten days.


Form and content of the presentation of the complaints

It must be in writing indicating:

1.- Name, last names and address of the interested and, if is the case, the person who represents it, properly credited, indicating DNI or CIF.

2.- Reason for the complaint or claim, with clear specification of the questions on which an uprising is asked for.

3.- Department where has taken place the facts object of the complaint or claim.

4.- Department where one has taken place the facts object of the complaint or claim.

5.- Place, date and sign.

The claimant will have to contribute, along with the previous document, the documentary evidences that they are in his possession on which it bases his complaint or claim. The complaints also could be made in anyone of the offices of the brokerage firm.
